Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Job Purpose

Act as the primary technical bridge between customers, OEMs, and internal engineering teams. You will drive demand creation, resolve complex design challenges, and recommend technical solutions to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating directly with R&D and Product Engineering to address customer complaints.
• Maintain deep knowledge of electronic components to solve design-level issues for clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding field applications.

Client & OEM Engagement

• Identify new applications and ongoing customer projects to recommend tailored product solutions.
• Participate in joint customer visits, sales meetings, and demand-creation initiatives with OEMs.
• Organize and lead technical webinars, training sessions, and “Tech Days” for clients.

Market Growth

• Gather customer feedback and identify market needs to uncover new product opportunities.
